What is your shipping policy?

All products are shipped from Hong Kong.

DOMESTIC

When you place an order, our system will calculate the shipping cost and display it at the checkout page. Depending on the availability of the goods, we will normally ship out the goods within 2-3 business days.

Delivery time for Hong Kong orders: 2-4 days after dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping option available for bulk orders. Please contact us for more details.

Actual delivery times are ESTIMATED and not guaranteed. We work hard to ship most orders within 2-3 business days but sometimes processing can take longer during promotions, sales, holidays, restocks, typhoons etc.

What is your return policy? (Hong Kong only)

Our standard returning period is 7 days. Just send an email to info@bubblesandbrushes.store with the details of your order and we will be happy to inform you of everything. If the return occurs because the product is defective, you will not have to cover any shipping costs.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of hair brushes once they have been opened and used. You may return to our office any unopened and unused products which you have ordered through this website, within 7 days of delivery.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the returned products.

In the case of any disputes, Bubbles & Brushes reserves the right of final decision.
